1. Silly silly Watson boy:

ACT Policing has arrested a 16-year-old, Watson youth after a short pursuit through Lyneham and O’Connor about 10.20pm yesterday (October 21).

Police first sighted the vehicle driving on a nature strip in Lyneham and attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle.

Police will allege the offender failed to stop the vehicle, driving onto the wrong side of the road and proceeding through a stop sign with out stopping.

The vehicle stopped in Scrivener Street, O’Connor 24 seconds after the pursuit commenced.

The male driver was arrested and will face the ACT Children’s Court today (October 22) charged with dangerous driving, driving unlicensed, fail to stop at a stop sign and fail to stop when requested.

A question I’d like to ask is how many of these kids have a father or father figure on the scene? Second question is if they do, what is the fathers behaviour like?

I suspect a pattern could quickly be drawn.

Bit like groundhog day. The way the revolving door works at the courts it certainly is.

Peter – Definitely seeing a pattern of parents having no idea how to bring their kids up…

Okay, campers, rise and shine. Don’t forget your booties because it’s cold out there today. It’s cold out there every day. What is this, Miami Beach? Not hardly. You can expect hazardous travel later with that blizzard thing. “That blizzard thing”? Here’s the report.

The National Weather Service is calling for a big blizzard thing. They are. But there’s another reason why today is especially exciting. Especially cold. The big question on everybody’s lips – On their chapped lips. Do you think Phil will come out
and see his shadow?

– Punxsutawney Phil.
– That’s right, woodchuck chuckers.

It’s Groundhog Day!

…and another one off to the holiday camp…

Whatsup said :

At least after 24 seconds the driver realised that it wasn’t such a great idea. It could have ended in another fatality.

that would have been a long 24 seconds for them….

almost a lifetime.

At least after 24 seconds the driver realised that it wasn’t such a great idea. It could have ended in another fatality.

anybody else seeing a pattern of 16yo kids driving unlicensed with no regard to their own safety or that of others?

what a way to ruin your life…
