Recommendation for building designer or architect

By mandapanda - 4 September 2014 4

Hi all,

Have seen some older posts with recommendations but after some up to date info?

My husband and I are thinking about an extension to our house and would be doing it as owner builders (getting in tradies for lots of parts but essentially project managing it ourselves) and I’m after some recommendations of building designers or architects that would work with an owner builder and are reliable and good value.

Thanks 🙂

What’s Your opinion?

Hi Mate,

We recently got a bit of work done at our home office and have been quite happy. Helps the mrs as she can take care of the kids and also get a bit of work done.

http://thebudgetplasterer.com.au/ was the mob and would surely recommend them.

My 2 cents.

Hi Mandapanda,

I would be more than happy to discuss with you how we can help. We can create your drawings as per your requirements and help with your approvals.

Then we can work with you throughout your entire development and point in the right direction for carpenters etc. who can help you as an owner builder.

please email me at matthew.russell@live.com.au or call 0413 376 452 for more information. I look forward to being of assistance to you.

Best regards,
Matt
