Grinspoon frontman Phil Jamieson is finally embarking on his solo career in 2022. His debut album, Somebody Else, is an eclectic and introspective collection of songs written over many years. UC Hub is playing host to his first Canberra show as a solo artist on Friday evening.

Dream pop punks Neko Pink are celebrating the release of their shimmering new single ‘KEYS’ this weekend. Catch them at UC Hub on Saturday with support from local heroes Miroji and Muesli.

Elsewhere, the city’s most famous climate-oriented party band, An Inconvenient Groove, is set to take over Smith’s once again on Thursday night alongside Sweaty Biscuit. Also on Saturday, Dan Challis and Dana Hassall bring their songwriting talents to the intimate Gang Gang Cafe from 7 pm.
