ACT Policing is seeking witnesses after a ram raid at the Rivett Shops early this morning (Sunday, 17 April).
Around 4.15am police attended Rivett Place in Rivett after reports that a white truck had crashed into the store and security bollards outside the building.
Police were quickly at the location and saw that access to the building had not been gained however significant damage had been caused to the building. The truck is believed to have been stolen and was recovered this morning.
Police are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or may have seen the described vehicle in the area to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers website on www.act.crimestoppers.com.au.
