Two male youths, one aged 16 and the other 17, together with a 16-year-old girl, were taken into custody by ACT Policing after being stopped in a stolen Toyota Hilux in Conder around 2.45am yesterday (Tuesday, June 10).
Police identified the vehicle as one stolen from the driveway of an address in Gilmore around 1am.
Property stolen from vehicle break-ins in the Tuggeranong area earlier this week was recovered from inside the Hilux.
The three southside teenagers will face a range of charges including theft. Enquiries by police are continuing.
