Comprising some of the finest talent on the local scene, The CherryPickers return to Blues and Roots Central to host the July Pro Blues and Roots Jam.
The Cherries combine the monster bass grooves of John Coates, John Van Buuren on searing guitar, outstanding percussion work from Jon Jones and the powerful dynamic vocals of Monica Moore. Usually out on the circuit performing their energetic mix of pop/rock/soul/rockabilly/blues, the Cherries will be serving up a special blend of blues and roots (and even a touch of country c/o JVB) for us … even inviting a special guest or two along if we’re lucky!
Bring your voices/instrument/dancing shoes/friends along to join in what will be a fun jam afternoon. New jammers are encouraged, supported and warmly welcomed.
