ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to a burglary at the Weston Club that occurred early yesterday morning.
Around 4.20am yesterday (Sunday, February 6), police attended the club in Liardet Street, Weston following an alarm being activated at the location.
Police reviewed CCTV footage at the location, which showed three offenders, all wearing hooded jumpers.
The three offenders gained access to the club by smashing a window, and stole an amount of cash, and significantly damaged some gaming machines inside the club.
The estimated damage to the machines is still being determined.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity near the Weston Club around 4.00am on Sunday morning, or are able to assist police with the investigation to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers website on www.act.crimestoppers.com.au.
