Puppies missing from Kambah/Oxley

Charnie doesn’t appear on the list of highest suburbs for animal disappearance, it seems to be more prominent on the south side according to the Canberra Times article. We are in the suburb next door and our puppy has been in the backyard every time I have gotten home. So maybe this is a Kambah feral/thieving issue….

I hear in some parts of Charnie dog meat is considered a luxury..Somewhat akin to Venison.

Charnie doesn’t count.It is well known fact that people living there resort to eating dogs, due to lack of money to buy beef and other meats.

Living in Kambah, it amazes me how often I see dogs out and about on the street. It is surprising they arent dognapped or involved in accidents some other ways.

Could that be similar to what they do in Hong Kong- people make good money on selling you caged birds, so you can set them free.After you do that and a bird flies away, you feel happy, the seller feels happy, bird free at last….Only that bird is trained to fly back to seller’s home, to be sold the next day. 🙂
I bet these puppies were trained to return to the breeder…To be re-sold. LOL.
On a more serious note-I hope they find them.Tuggeranong is a dangerous place.:)
