The driver was arrested & conveyed to the ACT Watch House where he has been charged with three serious traffic-related offences. He received Watch House bail, and will face the ACT Childrens Court on March 8.
The offending vehicle reached dangerous speeds in suburban streets, which created potential danger to other road users, his passengers, the police involved and himself.
