It’s interesting how patchy rain can be even over as small an area as Canberra. (at least to me) I have become a fan of the weather stations. Fairly up to date weather can be found at private and BoM sites, at half hour intivals and less in some cases.

our backyard was a big muddy mess. lovely! and yesterday, the grass was an interesting patchwork of green and brown, this morning it was mostly green. more, please!

We had 32mm overnight in O’Connor, too.
