ANDREW HUTCHINSON
Andrew Hutchinson is an award-winning author and blogger based in Canberra. His debut novel, Rohypnol, won the Victorian Premiere’s Award for Best Unpublished Manuscript and was published internationally by Random House in 2007. Rohypnol was also a Canberra Critics Circle Award, and was shortlisted for the Kathleen Mitchell Award for debut fiction in 2008. Hutchinson’s second novel, ONE, was published by Penguin Random House in 2018 and shortlisted for the ACT Book of the Year for 2019. Hutchinson’s writing blog won the Words and Writing category in the Australian Writers’ Centre ‘Best Australian Blogs 2014’ competition, while his non-fiction work has been published by Social Media Today, ArtsHub, Smart Company, Hootsuite, and many others.

Kaya Wilson is a writer, tsunami scientist and lover of all things ocean who somehow finds himself living in Canberra. His writing explores issues of identity, belonging and masculinity.
Kaya’s first book, As Beautiful As Any Other was included in The Guardian’s ’25 best Australian books of 2021’. Wilson was the winner of the 2019 Writing NSW Varuna Fellowship, a runner-up in the 2019 Kill Your Darlings New Critic Award and was shortlisted for Penguin Australia’s 2019 Write It Fellowship.
