This FREE one-day outdoor event on Dharawal country will celebrate Wollongong’s diverse community with vibrant music, dance, workshops, installations, and food from around the world.
You’ll be able to taste test a South American Asado, enjoy free creative workshops, support a local Aboriginal artist by purchasing something unique, learn K-Pop dance moves or join a community street parade with a giant Ogoh-Ogoh (monster) and Gamelan Orchestra. All this and more will be possible at Wollongong’s Culture Mix.
With 3 stages, 9 zones and over 100 things to see and to on the day, there really is something for everyone.
For full details visit Wollongong Council.
Now in its second year, Culture Mix is made possible thanks to a two-year grant via the Multicultural NSW Stronger Together Major Festivals Grants Program.
