The Lifeline Canberra is thrilled to announce a Thoroughbred Park Bookfair will go ahead on Friday 17 December until Sunday 19 December 2021. Running for three days, at Thoroughbred Park, 1 Randwick Rd, Lyneham ACT. After losing many events the past two years due to COVID, Lifeline Canberra is overjoyed to be able to go ahead with this Bookfair and support their 13 11 14 crisis support line. Aside from the vast array of reading material encompassing all genres and many languages, customers will be able to browse comics, maps, games, records, and jigsaws, among other wonderful items.

Christmas is a time to lose yourself in a fantastic story, laying in the shade on a summer’s day. Reading a book can be a portal to adventure and excitement, as well as providing a positive boost to your mental health and wellbeing.

Purchases can be made with cash, credit card (Mastercard or Visa), or EFTPOS.

Entry to the Bookfair is by gold coin donation, with tap and go facilities also available on entry.

Lifeline Canberra will be running the event under COVID guidelines, with more information about the Bookfair, including opening hours, which can be found on Lifeline Canberra’s website.
