George Smith in Belconnen Dymocks

By johnboy - 22 July 2011 2

The Brumbies have the exciting to rugby fans news that Australia’s greatest ever openside flanker, not to mention Brumbies stalwart, is returning to Canberra to sign his biography.

CA Technologies Brumbies fans will have a chance to say hello to one of their favorite sons this week when George Smith launches his book at Dymocks Bookshop in Belconnen at 12.30pm this Wednesday.

Having played 110 Tests for the Wallabies, Smith has developed one of the most intriguing rugby portfolios after going up on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

The book was written by renowned Sydney rugby journalist Rupert Guinness, who has followed Smith’s career since he made his Super Rugby debut for the CA Technologies Brumbies back in 2000.
