Greens raise Police corruption as an issue

By johnboy - 17 February 2006 1

Deb Foskey has put out a media release, and the ABC has picked it up, expressing “her concern over the number of issues that have been raised about Australian Federal Police (AFP) complaints and anti-corruption processes.”

It is interesting that 37 internal allegations were substantiated in 2004-5, I suppose it’s not in the public interest to know what that was about?

Less than 1 a week, I don’t see how that is cause for a curruption hearing. Maybe her thoughts could be dealt with the same way the concern about her living in public housing was.
