Gunshot fired into home; police seek witnesses

An investigation has been launched into a shooting incident at Macgregor in the early hours of Tuesday morning (3 May).

ACT Policing officers attended a home in John Holt Street, Macgregor, at 11:45 am, where it was determined a single gunshot had been fired into a house.

No one was injured and police said there was no indication this was a targeted incident or connected to criminal gangs.

Police suspect the gunshot was fired in the early hours of the morning, and are seeking witnesses and dash cam footage of the Macgregor area from midnight to 7 am on Tuesday, 3 May.
