Canberra-based property developer Keggins put their best foot forward to launch Sapphire on Kingston Foreshore with an exclusive fashion parade to mark the milestone.
Hosted by the team from the Fashion Vault, Sofia Polak, Janette Wojtaszak and myself, it was a unique way to pay homage to the launch of the luxurious apartments.
“The parade was carefully curated to showcase some of Australia’s luxury and high-end brands akin to the sophistication and luxury that the Keggins project brings to the foreshore,” said Janette Wojtaszak from the Fashion Vault.
The guest list included VIPs from the local fashion community, key Independent Property Group representatives and Suzana Li, marketing and sales manager for Keggins.
Catered by Nibble and Nourish, guests tucked into an epic grazing table and took a seat to watch the curated show.
“We aimed to show guests a number of trends that we witnessed at the Mercedes Benz Fashion week and offer styling tips to inspire them to adopt into their own wardrobe,” said Sophia Polak from the Fashion Vault.
Keggins adopts a responsible approach to building environments, aiming to create unique spaces that are as stunning as they are practical.
“Our developments aim to enhance the local community. Keggins consider how people live, value attention to detail and believe even the small details should have meaning or serve a purpose,” said Suzana Li, marketing and sales manager for Keggins.
Sapphire is a 79-unit mixed-use development and is the last waterfront development on the Kingston Foreshore. Designed by acclaimed architects Elenberg Fraser, this prized address is a brilliant blend of innovation and consideration that reflects natural beauty and mirrors supreme elegance.
Wayne Harriden, Director of Project Marketing at Independent Property Group, believes this is an extraordinary opportunity for the Canberra market.
“The Sapphire Kingston Peninsula development is offering something not seen before in the Canberra market. The luxury and sophistication of Sapphire is unparalleled, from the building quality and finishes through to the views,” he said.
“Interest in Sapphire has surpassed expectations—with only five two-bedroom apartments remaining—showing there is a strong market for luxury apartments in the ACT.”
