Man dies after single-vehicle crash near Queanbeyan

A man died earlier this morning after his car rolled onto its side in a remote area near Queanbeyan.

Around 6:40 am, emergency services were called to Hoskinstown Road at Primrose Valley, 40 km south-east of Queanbeyan.

A short time later, police arrived at the scene to find a sedan on its side, with a man trapped inside. He died at the scene.

NSW Police’s initial inquiries have determined the crash occurred some time overnight.

Officers from the Monaro Police Area Command will continue to investigate the incident and prepare a report for the coroner.
