Police continue search for missing man

ACT Policing has established a Search and Rescue operation in Bruce as part of the search for missing 61-year-old man, Tahadesse Kahsai.

The operation will focus on bushland near Calvary Hospital and Black Mountain Reserve in Bruce. Members of the AFP Specialist Response Group will assist ACT Policing in the operation.

Tahadesse was last seen leaving Calvary Hospital around 10.30am on Wednesday 30 December 2015.

Tahadesse is described as being about 175cm (5’9”ft) with a slim build and short grey hair and a grey beard, balding on top. He was wearing a blue and white shirt, blue jeans, sneakers and a blue cap.

Police hold serious concerns for his welfare.

Anyone who may have seen Tahadesse is urged to call police on 131 444. When providing information, please quote reference number 5903438.
