Police seize 111 cannabis plants from Oaks Estate property following tip-off

An anonymous tip-off led to police seizing 111 cannabis plants from an Oaks Estate property yesterday.

ACT Policing reports that a 47-year-old man will be summonsed to appear in court for offences relating to cultivating controlled plants following the seizures.

Yesterday (Thursday), City Station general duties members executed a search warrant at the Oaks Estate property after receiving the tip-off. As well as the cannabis plants, they found equipment for a hydroponic set-up.
