The Street Theatre has this week put together a stellar program of emerging contemporary jazz. Sydney guitarist Hilary Geddes and Melbourne bassist Claire Cross will be presenting their respective ‘Into Light’ and ‘Parkside’ projects at this once-off show curated specifically for Canberra audiences.
Acclaimed singer-songwriter Lisa Mitchell is taking a lap around the country to celebrate the release of her first new album in six years A Place To Fall Apart. Catch her performing in the intimate surrounds of The Playhouse this Saturday evening.
There’s plenty happening throughout the week, with Australian rock superstars Holy Holy, Sydneysiders Coconut Cream and trance icon turned meme Darude all in town in the coming days.
