It’s a jam-packed week of live music at Gang Gang Cafe in Downer. The venue has grown into a true community hub for the city’s live music scene in recent years. Sparrow Folk, Helena Pop, Ian Smelting, Strawberry Prince, Sophie Edwards and Damon Mudge are all set to perform there across the weekend.
Psych-rockers HYG are finally bringing their rescheduled Smith’s Alternative show to fruition on Saturday night, while local Sunday Sojourn and Sam Sly are set to support The Grogans at Transit Bar on Friday.
Nashville-based artist Daniel Champagne will be playing at The Street Theatre on Friday before Melbourne singer-songwriter Ash Grunwald performs songs from his 11th album, Shout Into The Noise, there on Saturday.
