Smith’s Alternative is opening up their doors again this week. As the city’s unofficial living room, they’re returning to a schedule of regular live music in 2021. It kicks off with weekly regular events in Old Timey Wednesday and Lunchulele, both of which offer chances to join in and jam. Also, keep an eye on their comedy and poetry happenings throughout the week.

There’s plenty of jazz to be heard around town this week, with the National Press Club, Molly, and Hippo Co all bringing back their weekly jazz events for 2021. If your heart so desires, you can head out just about every day of the week to see the city’s finest musicians plying their trade.

If you prefer your live music to be sunlit, City Renewal Authority’s Lunchbox Acoustic series is set to deliver another assortment of midday treats. Jeff & Deej, Alex Raupach and Alister Price are just some of the acts set to enliven City Walk with their music this week.
