UPDATE Friday, 12 August: Dusty has been found safe and well.

Police have thanked the community for their help.

Tuesday, 9 August: Police need our help to find missing 17-year-old girl Dusty Bates.

She was last seen at Uriarra Village and was reported missing on Friday, 29 July.

Police said despite the best efforts of officers and her family, she has not been seen or heard from since.

She’s described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 167 cm (5’6″) tall, with bright red hair, hazel eyes and of medium build.

Anyone who has information that could help police find Dusty has been urged to call 131 444, quoting reference number 7176977.
