A second motorcyclist has died after crashing his bike into a tree in Braidwood last night (Sunday 13 May).
About 11:30 pm, emergency services were called to the Monga National Park, about 2kms south of Kings Highway and about 12km east of Braidwood, after reports a motorcyclist lost control and struck a tree.
The sole rider of the motorbike was a 56-year-old man who died at the scene.
Officers from Monaro Police District attended and established a crime scene.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
Hours earlier, another man died in a motorcycle crash in Bonython. He also died at the scene after the single-vehicle crash, about 7:30 pm on Sunday.
