Let me take you on a look at a home in Nicholls that has undergone an inside-out modern transformation.
The home is unassuming from the outside and, just like the Tardis, its small external façade gives no indication of the vast space that has been achieved within.
The brief to Maria Filardo from Filardo Ercan Architects was to rework the old layout of the five-bedroom home to deliver large food entertaining spaces, set up plenty of functionally separated but visually connected work and study pods, and create a central family music entertainment wing.
With skill and precision, this was all delivered, including a full redo of the bathrooms and laundry, and all to the minimalist and clutter-free taste of the owners.
