It’s believed an unsecured load falling from the back of a vehicle caused a multi-car crash on the Tuggeranong Parkway earlier this week.

Emergency services were called to a collision in the northbound lanes of the parkway between Hindmarsh Drive and Cotter Road at about 7:40 on Monday morning (29 January).

Several vehicles were forced to brake suddenly and crashed into each other as a result of the debris.
