Over 100 vapes and thousands of dollars in cash were allegedly seized by police during a traffic stop in north Canberra this week.
ACT Policing said officers conducted a traffic stop on a silver Mitsubishi Magna in Casey at around 2 am on Wednesday (21 August) and found two people inside the car.
After searching the pair and the vehicle, officers allegedly seized 150 vapes, about $4000 cash and a small amount of cannabis.
The car’s occupants, two men aged 20 and 24, were released from custody and will be issued with court attendance notices in relation to this matter.
A police spokesperson said anyone with information relating to the distribution of vapes or illicit drugs in the ACT should contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
