Who was in Bywong?

China’s president Hu Jintao stopped off in little old Bywong (between Sutton and Bungendore) on his way to Sydney yesterday. There he was treated to a display of sheep-herding, shearing and wool-classing. The locals took the presidential visit in their stride serving scones, Anzac biscuits and lamingtons for morning tea.

I can just imagine his reaction: “Sydney is boring as hell, the only people around are cops and security guards and I can’t even piss without a sniper covering my arse, but Bywong, Bywong was happening dude!”

I think the bloke with the security tag might be from DFAT – no idea about his name though.

The guy with the ID around his neck? Wonder if he’s security, he’s been in the background of several photos of Hu.

Did anyone see the farmer trying to talk to Hu who thought that he would be better understood if he talked at half speed. Hu still looked perplexed and probably though Aussies are retards.

Hu is that man with very long ear hare is standing next to Hu?

I saw the footage of this on the TV news – the Chinese people looked shit scared of the sheep! I imagine they would of never seen or experienced anything like that before so I guess it’s understandable to have this reaction.

Mr Jintao indulges in the NZ tradition of try before you buy.

“They all look the same! ha ha ha!” – Hu

“Ah so, you eat sheep in Austrayia?”

“In Peoples Reprublic of China we prefer dog – much tastrier with black bean sauce than sheep.”

“One sheep! two sheep! three sheep!…four..” (snoring) – Hu
