The ABC has news that the suburb of Cook has had an unexpected visit:
Today detectives have announced another arrest, charging a retired priest with three counts of indecent assault allegedly committed against two victims while he was working at a Marist college in the Hunter Valley in the 1960s and 1970s.
Police say they charged the 80-year-old after travelling to his home at Cook in the ACT.
The man is on bail and due to face Newcastle Local Court at the end of January.
