Ambulance and fire and rescue crews were called to an incident in McGregor just after 3:30pm on Monday after a four-year-old child’s finger became stuck in a sink.

Firefighters removed part of the sink while still attached to the finger so the child could be assessed by intensive care paramedics before being transported to Canberra Hospital in a stable condition for ongoing treatment.
