I want some Japanese styled ink and don’t really want to travel to get it.

Is there anyone in the ACT that does a decent job?

Try that one

I do not need personal development. I am more than confident with myself and my decision to get another tattoo. Sorry I don’t fit into your narrow minded view of the world.

Mr Pc thats bullshit thats theres no such thing as a Japanese tattoo unless your in the Yakuza. Its like saying theres no Aussie tattoo unless your a bronzed fucking lifesaver, you moron!!. And as for you “from the capital” who the fuck do you think yo uare telling people to attempt some personal development. You dont know what brought them to this decision in their lives, pull your head out of your arse and open your mind. Tattoos are here to stay and becomes a part of peoples lives, get used to it dickheads !!

Agreed. Attempt some personal development. Try to learn how to express yourself rather than your branding doing it for you.

Tell us about what tattooing yourself will do for you. I’d like to understand it.

I don’t get why someone who wants to get a tattoo has to justify themselves to an internet nobody?

I totally agree. If people want to get tattoos thats their choice. if they want to get something that isn’t original thats their choice also, not yours.

some people seriously need to mind their own business.

If you are willing to travel to get this done (which you should, this is for life remember). My friend Daniel lives up in Brisbane and specialises in the Japanese style.

Thats what I love about forums (fora / foro / for gods sake . . .), People trying to impose their views on other forumites.

What a bunch of dorks. I’ve never had a Tattoo and will probably never get one. Geeeez – the guy wants to know where he can get a “tat”. If you can help him, help him ! If not, shut the hell up instead of pushing your morals. Its his body, why does he have to prove anything to anyone?

Go to “Freestyle tattoo and beauty” studio in Civic upstairs next to Noodle House. They are specialised in an oriental types and stuff. Here is their FB page http://www.facebook.com/pages/Freestyle-Tattoo-Studio/134248103310647 …some pics of their works for you to see. Hope this helps 🙂

Cheers

Rush at Freestyle does Japanese style work but doesn’t seem to have anything online I could link you to – drop in to the shop (above the noodle house in the city) and have a look through his album there.
