Australia-UK Free Trade Agreement is now in force!
The Australia-UK Free Trade Agreement (A-UKFTA) entered into force on 31 May 2023. This allows Australian exporters to diversify and grow their exports to a mature, premium market of over 67 million people.
The A-UKFTA will also pave the way for professionals to work in each other’s countries, increasing R&D and regulatory collaboration in industries such as clean energy, fintech and other digital technologies. New visa provisions will make intra-corporate transfers easier.
In a facilitated panel session, the attendees will hear from successful ACT exporters operating in the UK and key presenters from the ANU, DFAT, Austrade, Geospatial intelligence and Castlepoint Systems.
