Police call for witnesses after crash leaves four in hospital

Police are calling for witnesses after a single vehicle crash in the early hours of Thursday morning (18 April) left four people in hospital.

Around 2 am, a white Hyundai Getz travelling west on Bowen Drive collided with a concrete barricade.

Three males and one female were cut free from the car after emergency services removed the roof of the vehicle. All four occupants of the vehicle were treated by ACT Ambulance Service paramedics at the scene and subsequently transported to hospital with a range of injuries.

One person was taken to hospital in a critical condition, while the remaining passengers were in a serious condition.

Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident and are calling for witnesses and dash-cam footage of a single-vehicle crash.
