Police call for witnesses to Manuka assault that occurred two months ago

Police are calling for witnesses of an assault that occurred two months ago which left a man unconscious.

Around 1 am on 22 December 2018, a man was knocked out after an altercation between five men on the corner of Franklin Street and Flinders Way, Griffith.

Police believe one of the men began fighting with three unknown men, and during this altercation his colleague – who was not actively involved in the altercation – was punched in the face, knocking him unconscious.

Police believe the men were at the same licenced premises prior to the assault.
