The Canberra Raiders have announced they are in receipt of their High Performance Review after a disappointing season.

The recommendations they’re willing to share with the world are:

1. The recruitment of an assistant Coach to better suit the skill set required for the Canberra Raiders preparation for the 2012 NRL competition.

2. The present position of National Youth Competition (NYC U20’s) Coach and recruitment manager is split into two distinct positions.

3. An additional staff member recruited to complement the recommended changes to the strength, conditioning and rehabilitation area.

4.A high performance unit be established and the Canberra Raiders Football Club to manage and administer all Canberra and district rugby league from Raiders HQ.

5. A physiotherapy service for players located on site at Raiders HQ at least one full day per week
