It’s probably appropriate that James Ryan retires, especially in light of the selection of his personal friend to conduct the review of the AMC.

He is not leaving until January. Hardly bailing out in a hurry.

Jeez, the bloke is pushing 70. You’d reckon he would be allowed to retire.
