I am calling these guys the Compassionate Air Conditioning Guys and I have so much gratitude for them.
My mother was discharged from hospital post-surgery on the Monday and we returned home to discover that her air-conditioner was broken.
I did a Google search and called around and eventually got a hold of Nick at Southern Air Condition & Refrigeration (http://www.southernairconditioning.com.au/).
1. They didn’t get pissed off with me when I phoned them at home at 7.30 Monday evening trying to see if they could repair mum’s model of a/c
2. They expedited mum’s job despite being totally flat-out at present – both the initial visit on the Tuesday and then the return visit to replace the system on Friday when it turned out that a repair job wasn’t worth it. They put the order in for a new unit on Tuesday.
3. They were friendly, cheerful and helpful.
4. When they discovered that she had been readmitted to hospital for post-op complications, they were so kind and compassionate about it.
It’s really nice when you have a positive experience so I just wanted to share.
