Chamberlains - complete legal services for business

This week on 7.30 ACT

By johnboy - 13 September 2013 2

This just in from our friends at the ABC:

1. Shut the ADFA up. Despite defence force chief David Morrison being acclaimed a feminist hero, the culture at AFDA may take too long to change. Some, including retired Major General Michael Smith, say the place should be shut down.

2. Federal Politics – various leadership tussles.

3. Doug’s Clocks – local Canberra man experimented with making a clock that uses words. From his garage in Tuggeranong, he is now exporting clocks to the world.

4. Paul McDermott’s Dark Garden An exhibition of the comedian/musician/performer’s real love – art. Back where it all began. He grew up in Canberra, went to school and art school here – and now he’s sharing his paintings

Closer: Boden Dr Robert Boden was a Canberra shaper, his daughter is now sharing photos that honour his contribution to the city he loved.

I saw that show and it was probably the worst show they’ve ever done. Really fellas, we now have a Coalition government in office which isn’t exactly sympathetic to the ABC and if you don’t lift your game it might be decided that Stateline – or whatever it is called this week – is ripe for the axe.

??? What exactly didn’t you like? Looked alright to me. Sure, I wasn’t interested in most of the content but I’m sure many people were. Perhaps you should ring them up and convince them you should be given a program to produce… then we’ll cast judgement on your skills!
