With Floriade in full swing and predictions for some pretty cracking weather for the Capital, we’ve got a few suggestions for weekend activities.

Amy Birchall is off to Floriade on Saturday for one of Emma McMahon’s cake decorating demonstrations

Heather Lansdowne is going to check out the Roller Derby on Saturday, 4pm at Southern Cross Stadium, Tuggeranong

Emily Morris is going to Spring Fling at the Gorman House Markets on Saturday

James McMahon is heading to Polit Bar in Manuka for live music on Sunday – Bellagroove

If you fancy some trampoline action for a good cause, ‘Barry’s Army Stroke Awareness‘ is hosting an all day BBQ and then trampoline event 7-8.30pm on Sunday $20 all money goes to Stroke Awareness – Flipout, Hume

Sunday, From midday at King O’Malleys.
StrokeZero, a fundraising event by the Remembering Eric team for the Stroke Foundation.
9 local bands over 8 hours.
Entry by donation.
So if you’re going out to hume to jump on a trampoline, this would be a great way to fire up early.

Spring Into Fitness at Crace Recreation Park, Sunday 1pm – 3pm.

Free sport and fitness activities for kids and adults, including tennis and soccer skills sessions, T-Ball, Zumba, Frisbee Golf, Croquet and and a demo of the Crace outdoor gym.
