ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to a single vehicle collision which occurred around 2.10pm this afternoon (Tuesday, 1 February).
Police were called to Kuringa Drive, Fraser, following reports of a collision. The couple from, Euroa in Victoria, were trapped in the overturned car until freed by ACT Fire Brigade. The 67-year-old female driver sustained minor injuries and the 65-year-old male passenger suffered serious injuries.
ACT Policing’s Collision, Investigation and Reconstruction Team (CIRT) are investigating the incident.
Any witnesses who are yet to speak to police are urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers website on www.act.crimestoppers.com.au.
