I don’t know what it is but it’s more attractive than 90% of what they’ve built in Belco.

It’s one of those multi-level outhouses – you know – where the boss gets the one at the top, the middle managers get the middle one and the workers get the one at the bottom.

Possibly related to the pending multi-storey development for that site ?
