ACTEW Water (please note the capitalisation of the new instrumentality) are warning that they’re messing with the pipes around Woden and not to be alarmed if your tap is channelling the spirit of Adelaide:
ACTEW Water customers in Phillip, Lyons, Curtin, Chifley, O’Malley, Garran, Torrens, Hughes, Mawson and Pearce may experience some discolouration of the water supply from Monday 16 July until Wednesday 18 July due to essential maintenance to the water network.
It is difficult to predict which properties the discoloured water may reach, however the discolouration will clear with normal water use.
If the discolouration is still apparent on Thursday 19 July, please call our faults and emergencies line on 13 11 93.
