Celebrating miracles – family fun day

The Miracle Babies Foundation is celebrating premature and sick babies by holding a Family Fun Day. All Canberra families are invited to attend and help raise funds to continue the important work of the Miracle Babies Foundation.

Spending time with a baby in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Special Care Nursery (SCN) is an overwhelming experience for families and can be life changing. The Miracle Babies Foundation supports families of premature and sick newborns through in hospital support programs and programs out of hospital. The Foundation also funds equipment, resources and research.

The Family Fun Day is a chance to celebrate these miracles and the staff from each of the hospitals in Canberra.

Families will be entertained with lots of children’s activities including face painting, jumping castle, petting zoo and special guests Kenny Koala and Santa. There will also be a mini-markets with stalls including jewellery, body shop, children’s wear and a photo mini-sessions.
