When i first saw the title of this publication on Jon Stanhopes site i had an immediate sense of dread. Probably because its dealing with one of the seven most stressful things i’m ging to experience in my life. Apparently.
On the other hand it could have been the comrades face leering at me as i read it.
Reality Check is a new publication to be brought out by the ACT Office of Fair Trading as a guide to real estate buyers and sellers and a bunch of others who should know better (agents, lawyers et al). The comrade informs us that never before has a guide been issued that encompasses all of the changes his governement has introduced to regulate the local real estate market so as to protect us, his loyal constituents from unscrupulous behaviours.
