Dog of the Week – Arrow
Speedy Arrow is a man of great action. This guy won’t settle for snuggly cuddles, he needs fast-paced activity including running, walking, sniffing opportunities and ball games.
Arrow will need plenty of enrichment and exercise to keep happy and healthy, so is looking for an active family that’s had previous experience with Arctic breeds. Arrow is a confident boy who loves to spend his time socialising with our staff and volunteers.
Arrow absolutely loves his treats which would make him great company for training. This darling boy also gets along with other friendly female dogs, so he could potentially be open to meeting a female companion to live with.
RSPCA ACT strongly recommends any potential adopter to thoroughly research the nature of Arrow’s arctic breed to ensure that he is the right match for your home, family and lifestyle.

Jagger is a cool cat looking for a forever home.
Cat of the Week – Jagger
Meet Jagger, the gorgeous and affectionate cat. Jagger is currently at RSPCA ACT waiting to find his forever home. Unfortunately, Jagger’s previous home was overwhelming for him, which is why he is looking now for a calm and quiet home with no other children or pets.
Jagger is a huge smooch with lots of love to share. This guy will head bump your cares away and rub against your legs asking for attention. Jagger does prefer to keep all four of his paws on the ground and will make sure to tell you when he has had enough of being held.
This boy can get a little over-excited and worked up, so will need some alone time in his home to wind down and get accustomed to his new environment. Jagger would love an indoor-only home that allows him some access to a safe and secure outdoor cat run.
Jagger has recently had a pretty intense dental procedure and will require some extra love and care for a short period of time while he recovers. This sweet guy is ready and waiting to find the perfect family that he can call his own.

Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sunday and public holidays: Closed.
