Witnesses sought to aggravated burglary in Calwell

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an aggravated burglary at a residence in Calwell on Friday, June 27.
Around 11am, two male youths forced their way into a residence in Costello Circuit. Once inside the offenders searched the premises and a number of items were taken, however, the owner of the residence arrived home and the offenders fled the scene.

The two youths, described as Caucasian and between 15-18 years of age left the area on black mountain bikes wearing blue jumpers.

They were last seen heading from Costello Circuit towards Johnson Drive, Calwell.

AFP Forensics attended the scene. Investigations are ongoing.

Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have any information to assist the investigation to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via www.act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
