A comment: street level amenity in Belco would be dramatically improved if there was a moratorium on any further expansion of Westfield, and more of what’s already going on by the lake, at the Markets, and up the top of the town centre around Oatley Court etc.

Thanks! It was a huge undertaking, but so worthwhile to now have an evidence base of peoples’ views of the Town Centre. I think it will be an important and useful document for years to come. Personally, would love to see more restaurants and cafes in the residential region open til say 9-10pm (so residents and businesses can coexist peacefully!) and even more entertainment options up in the industrial area – and easy pedestrian activity between both.
