As much as that puts my mind at ease, I believe that this is not the end of it. If Pinapple express taught us anything it is that there are currently 2 stoners caught up in the middle of all this trying to get away from the murderer(s) and solve the crime at the same time. If they are not good friends at this point they will be best buddies despite all their differences before this is concluded.

And like I said, it hasn’t been confirmed as a homicide yet.

ABC News reported last night that residents of the neighbouring units on that floor were not allowed to return and won’t be until at the earliest Monday. Very cautious.

Well, as far as I can see, you can call it either way hypothetically, however, you need to base a lot on tv serial killers to call it that… So lets start with that.

Ok, so creating our Hypothetical serial killer (I’m’a gonna call ’em Hypokill) we have two confirmed victims, one 27, male and stabbed, and the other, 71, male, and by the sounds of it, bludgeoned or beaten. Not so good with the consistent MO so far, but even Ivan Milat killed in a number of different ways, so Hypokill would be an experimenter, still, the victims differ a lot in age, but if our first victim was underestimated, maybe he’s a little banged up. Now, if they have not called suspicious on number three straight up, well, one can assume either the body has no visible massive trauma, or appears in an accident position, so for murder we could suggest position, electrocution, at the bottom of the stairs, or stuck under a car near a broken jack might be what’s what, which would fit with old Hypokill, injured, but moving back to youth, and experimenting with death, so TV logic says yes, we might have a serial killer.

On the other hand, a loved 27 yo punk rocker stabbed to death, a 71yo pot dealer known to police and bashed up, and a 51 yo who might have just dropped a hairdryer in the bath, well, it does not necessarily scream serial killer, at least to me. In fact it sounds more like robbery gone wrong, a pissed off customer, and a tragic accident during a time of more robbery’s, more party’s, and more accidents.

Mind you, if this does turn out a serial killer, I’d better put the kettle on, cops are probably en route by now as ‘serial killer’ rants at ‘serial killer’ times ain’t always smart, but hey maybe the papers will pick my choice to name this one!
