An 83-year-old Braddon man will face the ACT Magistrates Court next week charged with three acts of indecency on a young person between 10 and 16 years of age.
The three offences allegedly occurred between 1995 and 1997 at the offender’s Braddon home.
After a lengthy investigation, members from ACT Policing Criminal Investigations arrested the man on Wednesday afternoon at City Police Station..
